Work may be suspended if the client fails to meet payment deadlines.
Final deliverables may be provided only after the corresponding payment has been received.
In the event of late payment, interest may be charged as permitted under Colombian law.
8. Changes and Revisions
Each project includes only the revisions agreed upon in advance. Additional modifications, changes in scope, or new features requested after the project has begun may result in additional costs and changes to the delivery schedule.
9. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
Changes requested by the client.
Delays in providing information or materials.
Force majeure events.
Technical issues beyond the service provider's control.
I will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed deadlines and will communicate any significant delays.
10. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information.
Provide the materials necessary for the project.
Have the necessary rights to any content provided.
Respond promptly when approvals or revisions are required.
I will not be responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to respond or provide the required materials.
11. Rights to the Delivered Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The client obtains the rights to use the completed work once full payment has been made.
I reserve the right to include the project in my professional portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, unless a confidentiality agreement exists or the client expressly requests that the project remain private.
Source code, editable files, or original assets will only be provided when this has been agreed upon in advance.
12. Materials Provided by the Client
The client guarantees that they have the necessary rights to any image, video, audio, logo, trademark, document, or file provided for the development of the project.
I will not be responsible for claims arising from the unauthorized use of such materials.
13. Cancellations
If a project is canceled after work has begun:
Payments already made will not be refunded in relation to the work completed up to that point.
The work effectively completed up to the date of cancellation may be billed.
Final files will only be delivered once all corresponding payments have been made.
14. Website Availability
I will make reasonable efforts to keep this website available and up to date; however, I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
I may modify, update, or remove any content without prior notice.
15. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external platforms or services. I am not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of such third-party websites.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Colombia, unless otherwise provided by law.
